Unusual Powers

I was doom-scrolling on Instagram before bed, and I came across a rather interesting post. It was a question posed to the reader, asking them if they could have a superpower that would mildly inconvenience someone else, what would it be? The key word here being 'mildly.' So, I thought I’d share some of the answers I came up with.
1) When you put on pants, you always miss one leg but only on your first try:
This might seem mild at first, but let me explain. You already overslept and are rushing to get ready for work. You don’t have time for coffee or a real breakfast, and your only focus is getting dressed to get out of the door. That's when you try to put on your pants but miss one leg on your first try. How annoying would that be? I'm sure we all have people at work we would use this power on.
.2) When you use your blinker to signal a turn, it doesn’t automatically turn off after making the turn:
I’m sure I don’t have to go into detail to explain why this would be really annoying. We are all used to our blinkers automatically turning off after we make a turn. So, imagine how annoying it would be that suddenly you have to manually turn off your blinkers literally every time you use it to make a turn. It would personally be a nightmare and would warrant me changing my car.
.3) When you use a motion sensor sink and making the water stop every time just before you’re done:
We’ve all been there. You’re just trying to wash your hands, but the dang water just stops flowing JUST before you were done. Now, imagine this happening every single time you use a motion sensor sink. It will surely get on your nerves, and you’ll probably start walking around carrying wet wipes so you never have to use those kinds of sinks again.
These were some of the ones that immediately came to mind. Hopefully, this doesn’t lead anyone to believe I am a monster trying to watch the world burn. But I would be lying if I said there weren’t a few people I would use these powers on if I could.
